FSB Detains Foreign National for Alleged Moscow Terror Plot

The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) has apprehended a foreigner in the Murmansk region, suspecting him of plotting a terrorist attack in Moscow allegedly directed by Ukrainian security forces.
The individual reportedly used a drone to conduct surveillance at a Moscow train station, aiming at freight trains carrying petroleum and key administrative sites. After this reconnaissance, he traveled to Murmansk intending to cross into Norway.
A video released by the FSB features the man, who speaks Russian with an accent, claiming to have applied to Ukraine’s territorial defense and communicated with a Ukrainian support group on Telegram. Additionally, in June, the FSB detained eight others over plans to target a defense facility using drones with explosives.
