Goop Kitchen is taking a bold step forward with the opening of its first dine-in restaurant in Del Mar, California, on August 31. This location, situated at One Paseo, features 92 seats, transitioning from a delivery and takeout-focused model to a permanent dining space.
Designed by Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, the restaurant showcases Gwyneth Paltrow's vision, featuring a striking veined marble wall, walnut accents, and inviting greenery. The design harmonizes with Southern California's vibe through ample natural light from steel-framed windows and comfortable indoor-outdoor seating.
The menu expands to include exclusive offerings like the Field of Greens salad pizza and refreshing beverages, complementing Goop Kitchen favorites. This Del Mar launch signals plans for additional locations in La Jolla and Downtown San Diego.
