HRT Linked to Reduced Dementia Risk in Women

A recent study involving over 180,000 postmenopausal women in the UK suggests that hormone replacement therapy (HRT) may lower dementia risk. Participants who used HRT exhibited a 10% reduction in overall dementia diagnoses and a 16% decrease in Alzheimer's cases.
