Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar will travel to the UK from August 24-28, as confirmed by the Foreign Office.
During his visit, Dar plans to engage with UK Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband and other senior officials, including discussions with the International Maritime Organisation about Pakistani crew members held by Somali pirates.
The trip follows recent agreements between Pakistan and the UK to bolster trade relations and enhance cooperation in areas such as counterterrorism and illegal migration.
