Manchester City Pursues Gakpo as Transfer Deadline Looms

Manchester City has initiated discussions with Liverpool regarding a potential transfer of forward Cody Gakpo, whose future could become a pivotal narrative in the final days of the transfer window.

The 27-year-old Netherlands international is reportedly inclined to join City over interest from Tottenham Hotspur, making their formal contact with Liverpool on Saturday significant.
