Rikky Hype Launches Cutting-Edge Store in Kyiv

Rikky Hype has opened a striking flagship store designed by Temp Project, led by Anastasiia Tempynska, at a prime location on Khreshchatyk, Kyiv’s bustling main street. Spanning 160 sqm, the store is strategically positioned across from the historic Bessarabian Market, allowing for a connection with the vibrant urban life surrounding it.
The interior design is a bold statement that embodies the Ukrainian brand's identity through an innovative use of materials and spatial organization. Instead of a conventional retail space, the design integrates tactile contrasts, reflective surfaces, and a variety of retail zones that guide visitors through the shopping experience.
Upon entering, customers encounter a reception area leading to dedicated sections for men’s and women’s collections, sportswear, and accessories. The layout emphasizes intuitive movement, culminating in private fitting rooms at the rear. Key design elements include sculptural furniture with flowing lines, industrial steel structures, and mirrors that not only serve a functional purpose but also enhance the overall aesthetic by distorting reflections and altering the perception of space.
A distinctive feature of the showroom is the extensive use of iridescent metal, which shifts in color with lighting and viewing angles, furthering the dynamic feel of the interior. The thoughtful material palette combines warm and cool finishes, creating an engaging environment that reflects the essence of Rikky Hype.
