Buccellati Unveils Opulent Caviar Bar in Milan

Buccellati, the renowned jewelry and silverware brand, has opened a luxurious caviar bar in Milan, designed by the talented Armenian-Lebanese interior designer Chahan Minassian. This new venue offers an intimate dining experience overlooking a stylish courtyard, enhancing the brand's commitment to the art of entertaining.

The caviar bar draws inspiration from Buccellati's exquisite caviar tableware collection, which dates back to the 1930s and is celebrated for its intricate micro-beaded design and superior craftsmanship. The architectural elegance of Palazzo Gavazzi, originally crafted by Luigi Chierichetti in 1839, blends beautifully with a soothing color palette, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Minassian emphasized the importance of maintaining a residential feel within the bar's design. "The objective was to create an interior that felt welcoming and lived-in while preserving the architectural grandeur of Palazzo Gavazzi," he explained. The interior features mirrors to enhance light and depth, alongside sumptuous textiles and Murano glass that contribute to its intimate ambiance. The caviar bar spans two levels, showcasing a central bar area adorned with plush lounge chairs and stylish bistro tables.

Guests can enjoy Buccellati's signature micro-beaded caviar line alongside an array of meticulously designed pieces, including wine glasses and serving plates. The venue also features vintage Murano glass chandeliers, adding a warm glow to the sophisticated interior, while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic with Buccellati's earlier works.
