Google Unveils Gemini 3.8 Flash in Rapid Succession of AI Models

In a flurry of releases, Google has launched its third Gemini Flash model, the 3.8, within a mere six weeks. This new iteration is touted as the company's most advanced reasoning and coding model to date.
The Gemini 3.8 Flash comes in two versions: the standard model, designed for a variety of tasks including software development, and the Cyber variant, which specializes in vulnerability detection.
Developers can access the model at an introductory rate of $0.75 per million input tokens through the end of the year, with standard pricing expected to rise afterward.
