GreyOrange, a leader in AI-driven warehouse orchestration, has achieved a significant milestone by equipping over 3,800 retailers worldwide with its innovative technology. This expansion includes notable partnerships, such as with the H&M Group.
The GreyOrange platform, known as gStore, is designed to enhance the retail experience by optimizing inventory management. It integrates with various technologies, including RFID readers and smart mirrors, effectively managing around 200 million retail items, ranging from clothing to pet supplies.
Utilizing sensor-agnostic technology, gStore can pinpoint specific stock-keeping units (SKUs) within a few feet, allowing retailers to analyze sales trends in real-time. This capability not only aids in quick stock replenishment but also helps retailers understand customer buying patterns, improving overall sales efficiency.
Akash Gupta, co-founder and CEO of GreyOrange, highlighted that the company’s growth is largely thanks to collaborations with major retailers like H&M, which have adopted and co-developed omnichannel solutions that cater to modern retail complexities. H&M has utilized GreyOrange’s GreyMatter platform to enhance its distribution and customer service across North America and beyond.
David Pino from H&M emphasized the importance of such partnerships in refining store operations to meet the demands of a dynamic retail landscape, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
