Overlooking the picturesque Abalone Cove and Catalina Island, the Judge & Jeannie Anderson Residence, designed by architect Aaron G. Green, has officially entered the real estate market at a price of $7,800,000.

Constructed in 1959, this architectural masterpiece showcases Green's unique interpretation of organic modernism, a style influenced by his mentor, Frank Lloyd Wright. Spanning 3.5 acres, the residence features a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, enhancing its connection to the stunning coastal landscape.

The home’s striking V-shaped design features gabled rooflines that draw attention to the breathtaking views, while a distinctive geometric pool adds an intriguing element to the property. Inside, the layout encourages both social interaction and private retreat, with expansive windows framing the ocean from the private bedroom and a sunken living room complete with custom furniture and a stone fireplace.

In 2003, architect Eric Lloyd Wright enhanced the property with a pool update and spa tub addition, while Green envisioned further expansions that never materialized. This residence remains a testament to mid-century modern architecture, blending light, openness, and tranquility.
