Digital bank ZA Bank is set to make a significant move to Causeway Bay, securing a spacious 45,000 square feet for its new headquarters at Hysan Development’s Lee Garden Eight. This strategic decision underscores the ongoing transformation of the area, which is increasingly becoming a hub for fintech and tech enterprises.

The bank will occupy four upper floors of Tower 3, with plans to officially transition into the new space in 2027. This relocation coincides with ongoing developments by Hysan and its partner, Chinachem Group, aiming to revitalize the commercial landscape of Causeway Bay amidst a fluctuating property market.
