Fatal Russian Strikes Continue to Devastate Ukraine

In the early hours of Saturday, local officials confirmed that Russian strikes resulted in at least two fatalities in Ukraine, following a brutal day of bombings that left 20 dead the previous day.

The deadly assault on Friday included a drone strike on a busy shopping center in Kryvyi Rih, President Volodymyr Zelensky's hometown, claiming 16 lives and injuring over 130 individuals, among them 23 children. Rescue operations are ongoing, with nine people still unaccounted for, according to Oleksandr Ganzha, the regional military governor.

On Saturday, Kyiv City Military Administration reported a fire at a warehouse in the Darnytskyi district following a ballistic missile alert. While one death was confirmed, several others were injured. In Zaporizhzhia, a Russian drone strike claimed one life and injured four, as detailed by regional official Ivan Fedorov.
