Google Introduces Motion Assist to Combat Car Sickness on Android

Google is launching a new feature called Motion Assist, aimed at reducing motion sickness for users in moving vehicles. This functionality, which resembles Apple's Motion Cues introduced in 2024, is rolling out in phases, starting with select Pixel phones.
Utilizing the device's accelerometer and gyroscope, Motion Assist addresses the discomfort caused by the disparity between visual and inner ear signals when using a phone in transit.
