Manchester City Secures £86m Deal for Rising Star Ayyoub Bouaddi

Manchester City has reached a significant agreement to acquire 18-year-old Ayyoub Bouaddi from Lille, finalizing the deal at approximately £86 million. This comes after the Moroccan midfielder showcased his talent during the recent World Cup, where he played a crucial role in Morocco's journey to the quarter-finals.

The arrangement includes an initial payment of £81.4 million, supplemented by potential add-ons worth £4.2 million. City’s management has prioritized strengthening their midfield following the departures of key players Rodri and Tijjani Reinders.

Bouaddi, who made headlines for his impressive performances, including a standout game against Real Madrid in the Champions League, has already made 88 appearances for Lille since his debut in October 2023. With his ability to play as a deep-lying conductor, he is expected to complement the squad effectively.
