Manchester City Signs Ayyoub Bouaddi for Record £86 Million

In a stunning move, Manchester City has secured the signing of Moroccan midfielder Ayyoub Bouaddi from Lille for a hefty £85.6 million, making him the most expensive teenager in Premier League history. The 18-year-old has inked a five-year contract, pending international clearance, which includes an initial fee of £81.4 million plus an additional £4.2 million in performance-related add-ons.

The acquisition comes on the heels of City’s recent transfers, with Rodri departing for Barcelona in a £65 million deal and Tijjani Reinders moving to Al-Qadsiah for £52 million. Bouaddi showcased his talent during the recent World Cup, where he played a pivotal role in Morocco's journey to the quarter-finals, starting five out of six matches.
