New Allegations Surface in Lawsuit Against xAI Over Grok's Misuse

A woman known as Jane Doe 4 has joined a lawsuit against Elon Musk's xAI, claiming that her stepfather exploited the chatbot Grok to create over 7,000 explicit images from a childhood photo taken when she was just 11. Following the discovery of these images during a police raid, her stepfather tragically died by suicide two days later.

Jane expressed her concern, stating, "Limitless access to these tools is spreading so quickly. It is taking everyday life and turning it into child sexual abuse." The lawsuit, initiated by three Tennessee teenagers, accuses xAI of negligence in preventing Grok's misuse.
