A man from Eurobodalla has entered guilty pleas to 87 charges, including the creation of child abuse material. In Batemans Bay Local Court, he acknowledged 83 counts of intentionally recording intimate images without consent and four charges involving a child under 14.
Despite these admissions, he pleaded not guilty to three additional serious charges, including sexual intercourse with a child under 10. With the alleged offenses spanning several years, he has been in custody since late 2025, and this case has been presented in court 21 times.
Judge Doug Dick noted the lengthy process, remarking that it was time for the case to progress.
