This initiative echoes a previous commitment made to assist schools in Venezuela after a series of earthquakes struck the country last year.
On Monday, Shakira visited Quibdó, accompanied by philanthropist Howard Buffett and representatives from CAF, emphasizing the urgent need for educational infrastructure in the region.
