Hong Kong's ambitious technology hub, positioned at the border, has attracted significant investor interest, with six bids submitted by major conglomerates and high-tech firms for its first land tender.
The tender, which closed on Monday, followed its launch in June and featured four land parcels designated for innovation and technology development, according to the Loop Hong Kong Park Company, the entity managing the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park (HSITP).
This response highlights the confidence and high expectations that investors have for the potential of the Northern Metropolis tech initiative.
