Wildberries' Tatyana Kim Remains Russia's Wealthiest Woman Despite Major Losses

By Editor • August 27, 2026 • 1 min read

In the latest Forbes Russia ranking, Tatyana Kim, the founder of Wildberries, has once again secured her position as the country's richest woman, despite suffering a significant financial setback. Her wealth has plummeted from $7.1 billion to $5 billion over the past year, largely due to the impact of Ukrainian drone strikes on her warehouses and declining stock prices.

The overall wealth of Russia’s richest women has seen a drastic decrease, from $25.75 billion in 2025 to just $18.95 billion today, a loss of $6.8 billion. This year, only four women made it onto the billionaire list, with five dropping off, including prominent figures like Tatyana Volodina and Natalya Lutsenko.

Alongside Kim, the remaining billionaires include Elena Baturina, Lyudmila Kogan, and Ekaterina Fedun. Notably, Larisa Prokopyeva, founder of Evalar, made her return to the list with an estimated $450 million, marking her first appearance since 2021.
