In a historic night at the Creative Arts Emmys, Bad Bunny emerged as a standout winner, claiming his first Emmy award. The Latin music sensation's Super Bowl LX Halftime Show achieved an impressive sweep, winning all seven categories in which it was nominated.
This remarkable achievement not only marks a personal milestone for Bad Bunny but also positions his halftime show as one of the most decorated in Emmy history. The event secured the Emmy for Outstanding Variety Special (Live), making it only the third halftime show to ever receive this honor. Additionally, it triumphed in categories such as music direction, choreography, sound mixing, lighting design, technical direction/camerawork, and directing.
While Bad Bunny celebrates his victories, his collaborator Jay-Z also benefits, as an executive producer for the show. With this win, he adds another Emmy to his collection, having previously won for Kendrick Lamar's Super Bowl performance in 2025. The night also featured other notable achievements, including Sabrina Carpenter's first Emmy for her role in The Muppet Show, which won for Outstanding Variety Special (Pre-Recorded) against strong contenders like Taylor Swift's The Era’s Tour.
