Mattia Agazzi, the acclaimed former head chef of Gucci Osteria, is set to lead a new culinary venture at The Supper Club, slated to open at The Beverly Hills Hotel later this year.
This innovative dining and nightlife experience will accommodate 94 guests in a chic setting, merging exquisite Italian cuisine with live entertainment.
Agazzi, who earned a Michelin star during his tenure at Gucci Osteria, plans to craft a menu that features Italian dishes infused with California’s fresh ingredients, including seafood and handmade pasta.
“Cooking is about bringing people together over comforting, soulful food,” Agazzi remarked, emphasizing his commitment to blending traditional Italian heritage with modern culinary techniques. The Supper Club aims to redefine Beverly Hills nightlife, encouraging patrons to enjoy evenings filled with fine dining and vibrant music.
