Trump Criticizes Supreme Court After Mail-In Voting Ruling

In a scathing response to the U.S. Supreme Court's recent decision, former President Donald Trump expressed his disappointment over the court's refusal to support his efforts to limit mail-in voting. The ruling, issued on September 14, 2026, prevented the U.S. Postal Service from enforcing new restrictions that would have affected mail ballot access ahead of the upcoming midterm elections.

Trump's administration had sought to give the Postal Service a significant role in determining eligibility for mail-in ballots, but election officials argued that there was insufficient time to implement such changes before the November 3 elections.
