Mandatory substances
1 packet of maggi, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, ½ tablespoon of chili flakes, spring onion, Maggi masala, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, white sesame seeds, refined oil.
Step 1
Boil some water in a saucepan with 1 tablespoon of refined oil.
Step 2
Now pour the maggi packet into the boiling water and let it boil for 1-2 minutes and change off the fuel.
Step three
After this, take a colander to pressure the noodles and set them apart to empty utterly.
Step four
Now take a big bowl and add 2 cloves of crushed garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, chilli flakes, chopped spring onion, maggie masala and sesame seeds. Combine every thing and make a paste with it.
Step 5
Now take a tadka pan and warmth 2 tablespoons of oil till it smokes and switch off the warmth.
Step 6
Now put oil on the paste that you’ve got made in a bowl and blend.
Step 7
Add the drained noodles to this dough and stir every thing effectively.
Step eight
Lastly, the chili garlic noodles are prepared and serve them topped with some spring onion and sesame seeds.
