Deadly Drone Strikes Hit Russia's Lipetsk and Tambov Regions

In a tragic turn of events, Ukrainian drones targeted a private residence in Lipetsk, resulting in a fire that claimed the lives of two individuals, including a 14-year-old boy. Lipetsk Governor Igor Artamonov confirmed the casualties, while two women sustained injuries and were hospitalized.

Simultaneously, a Wildberries warehouse in Kotovsk, Tambov region, was also struck, igniting a blaze that spread over 100,000 square meters. Governor Yevgeny Pervyshov reported that employees were evacuated, with one person injured in the incident.

The Kotovsk Mayor, Alexei Plakhotnikov, advised residents to minimize movement and keep windows shut due to smoke. Additionally, Ukrainian sources allege that an oil refinery in the Nizhny Novgorod region was affected, though regional authorities have yet to confirm this.
