The Kremlin has vowed to retaliate against Ukrainian drone strikes targeting the logistics facilities of Ozon, a Russian e-commerce platform. Dmitry Peskov, the Kremlin spokesperson, assured that responses will be felt in Kyiv both day and night.
Peskov referenced comments from President Vladimir Putin, who suggested that Ukraine had 'opened Pandora's box' by attacking Russian civilian sites. He claimed that these strikes would not alter the ongoing dynamics on the front lines.
Recent Ukrainian military actions have included three days of attacks on Ozon's warehouses, following similar strikes on Wildberries and Russian oil refineries. The conflict has escalated, with Russian forces also targeting Ukraine's civilian infrastructure, including a deadly strike on a shopping center in Kryvyi Rih that resulted in 16 fatalities.
