Google Offers Option to Remove Watermarks from Gemini Creations

Google is enhancing its Nano Banana image generator by allowing users to remove the visible watermark that appears on images. This feature will soon be accessible in the Gemini and Flow settings, with plans for inclusion in Google Search's AI Mode.
Notably, this option extends beyond images; users can also eliminate watermarks from videos produced with Gemini Omni and music from Lyria, except in regions where such markings are legally mandated.
Despite this change, invisible SynthID watermarks and C2PA metadata will remain, ensuring transparency about AI-generated content.
