The designer's storefront, with its expansive windows, offers an unobstructed view of the neighborhood's lively scene, serving as both inspiration and canvas for her latest creations.

Gao proudly noted, "The Bowery is having a moment," highlighting the area's blend of trendy cafes, the revitalized New Museum, and nearby art spaces that contribute to the creative atmosphere. Her lookbook was shot right outside her store, emphasizing the connection between her designs and the local community.

This collection features a modern reinterpretation of traditional Chinese garments, including a standout piece: a contemporary version of the classic Chinese jacket with intricately braided pan kou closures and a Mandarin collar.
