Russia Warns UK of Consequences Over Drone Strikes

The Russian Embassy in London has issued a stern warning to the United Kingdom, suggesting that its involvement in the Ukraine crisis will lead to severe repercussions. The statement follows reports of British-made drones being utilized in strikes within Russian territory, including attacks on oil refineries.
According to the embassy, the UK's support for Ukraine's military efforts equates to a deliberate escalation of the conflict. "London’s actions will inevitably carry consequences for which it will have to answer," the embassy declared, although it stopped short of detailing what these consequences might entail.
In response, the UK Defense Ministry reaffirmed its commitment to Ukraine, emphasizing its role in providing essential military equipment to counter Russia's aggression. Reports indicate that Ukraine has recently received two types of British drones, capable of striking targets at ranges of up to 600 miles.
This development comes on the heels of a significant aid package from Britain, valued at £500 million, aimed at bolstering Ukraine's defense capabilities amidst ongoing hostilities.
